Çankırı Karatekin University, Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, Graphic Design Community organized an event titled “Freelance Design Conversation” at Exit Cafe on November 2, 2025.
At the event, Res. Asst. Burak Kaleli, Res. Asst. Mustafa Semih Şişman and Res. Asst. Oğuz Balas shared their experiences on freelance work culture with the students. The participants had an interactive conversation on topics such as “What is freelancing, how to start, what should be considered and what should not be done?”.
In the event, which attracted great interest from students, academics shared their sectoral experiences and the opportunities and challenges encountered in the freelancing process and answered the questions of the participants.
The event was organized as a continuation of similar meetings aiming to expand the professional vision of the department students and increase their sectoral awareness.
