The Academic General Assembly of the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture at Çankırı Karatekin University was held on April 10, 2026, at 14:00 in the Ahmet Yesevi Conference Hall. The meeting, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ersoy Yılmaz, was attended by the academic and administrative staff of the faculty.

During the meeting, recent academic and artistic activities of the faculty were evaluated, and future goals and plans were discussed. Information was shared regarding the development process of the Art-Ekin Journal of Art and Design, published within the faculty, as well as ongoing efforts toward inclusion in national and international indexes.

In addition, the increasing number of faculty-wide activities—such as exhibitions, concerts, workshops, and student projects—were reviewed, and the current level of production and visibility was discussed.

The meeting also addressed ongoing efforts related to the faculty’s physical space requirements, and updates were provided on solution processes. Furthermore, the functioning of the coordinatorships and commissions operating within the faculty was evaluated, and the need for improving their effectiveness and efficiency was emphasized.

The Academic General Assembly concluded following the exchange of views and the collection of suggestions.
