Students of our University who will terminate their enrollment for any reason (e.g., graduation, voluntary withdrawal) are required to submit their “Clearance” applications via the UBYS system. Students applying for horizontal transfer must submit their “No Objection for Transfer” applications through the same system.

The relevant announcement, along with the printed petition sample and the “Clearance Application Guide,” has been published under the “Quick Access” section on the website of Çankırı Karatekin University Student Affairs Office (oidb.karatekin.edu.tr).
